For dogs, we have both standard and luxury boarding options and medical boarding for dogs requiring a higher level of hands-on care. Have a diabetic dog or cat? Or a pet with other special needs? We can handle it. Our vet techs can care for almost any dog or cat requiring medical care. There’s a reason many of the vets in Central Texas recommend A Crate Escape! For your feline family member, we have our Kitty Kondos in a quiet, calm atmosphere, far from any barking dogs.
All boarders get their own individual room (NO CRATES!!!) with rubber coated floors to help protect their joints. You’re encouraged to bring their favorite bed, or blanket, and we recommend an unwashed t-shirt with their favorite persons scent on it, so they feel more comfortable.
We also prefer that you bring their regular food so that we are feeding the same type that you normally feed. This goes a long way toward preventing an upset stomach that is often caused by a drastic change in food. And don’t worry, if fluffy likes warm cream corn over their dry food, we can do that as well! Just bring along whatever their meal consists of, and we’ll make it for them just like at home.
A typical day in the life of our boarders starts around 6:30-7:00am. They are taken out to one of our outdoor, cushioned turf kennels to take care of business. While they’re out, breakfast is prepped so when they come back in, their food is waiting for them. After breakfast, they’re given some time to digest, then it’s playtime!!
On Check-Out day, please arrive to pick up your dog by 1:00pm. If you need us to keep your dog later than 1:00pm on their scheduled Check-Out day, there will be a small fee equal to 1/2 day of daycare.
Lastly, we often fill up fast and are glad to take reservations. However, if a booking reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the drop-off date, any upfront deposits will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as the reservation holds an available spot in our facility for your scheduled dates.
SUNDAYS: We are closed on Sundays except for those clients who prefer to pick up their pet within our Sunday pick-up hours of 4:00pm - 7:00pm. In order to accommodate Sunday pick-ups, we simply charge a small half-day daycare fee of $20 for pets picked up on Sundays.
